I baked these up on Sunday and we took them to our Neighbors.
We delivered them to some Amazing People!
We really have some
Outstanding People
in our Neighborhood I think!
We also took a couple dozen to our Son's for family dinner.
He is the best cook!
He BBQ ed Chicken with a Spicy Rub applied first.
Grilled HOT Peppers,
Mango Salsa, and Grilled Wheat Tortillas.
I took a Dark Greens Salad,
with Vinaigrette, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Almonds, Salt and Pepper.
Well, and of course CUPCAKES!
It was very Fun!
Everyone LOVED LOVED Shaun's Chicken and Mango Salsa.
AND THE CUPCAKES ARE......
Clementines.
Orange and Almond infused Cake
Frosted with Orange Cream Cheese
Topped with a Clementine Slice and sliced Almonds.
