COOL SUMMER DINNER:

Cool Shrimp Salad on a bed of Assorted Greens, Topped with Grape Tomatoes.

Along side is a tasty cheese and Buttered Toast.

OH YEA.....DID I MENTION...ALL FROM COSTCO!

I did sprinkle a little more parsley on the salad, and make the toast!
