These cupcakes were really good and moist. They have 1 cup of instant coffee in them. Per about 30 cupcakes. So is that like 1 t. coffee each? But, the flavor of coffee was really evident.I talked my friend (who drinks coffee for medicinal purposes)to try them....
She thought they were great!
