My Friend Dale-Rae got me some Peaches from Colorado.
They were Soooo Good!
Thank You Dale-Rae!
So I froze them. It worked out great!
Here is the procedure:
Put Peaches in Boiling Water about 2 minutes.

Take Peaches out of boiling water and put them in ice water.

Then the skins just slide right off with a paper towel.

You have a beautiful bowl of peeled Peaches.

So I sliced them and
doused them with some fresh lemon juice.
Froze them flat on a cookie sheet. That makes them freeze faster and thaw faster.

Then today I got a bag out and thawed it out on my counter.
We made Peach Cobbler.

A scoop of ice cream and THERE GOES THE DIET!
