Blackened Talapia

I had invited 14 people to dinner,
then my husband wanted to go on a Bike Ride.
So we rode our bikes up Snow Canyon.
It was a beautiful day "COOL"
Almost chilly.
So I got home late and started dinner late.
My son Shaun came a little early so I put him to work.
He is a really good cook!
I was fixing Etouffee. A Cajun dish.
Shaun mixed up a Blackening Seasoning.
Cooked all the Blackened Shrimp and Talapia.
I made the Etouffee sauce. Rice.
Jentry made a spinach salad with caramelized walnuts,
feta cheese, fresh sliced pears, and a Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Grandma Nora made a Peach Cobbler. From my frozen peaches.
It was fun working together.
It turned out Yummy.
That's what is all about!
Family!
