To Apply Wafer Paper:
Frost Cookies.
Either with Royal Icing, Fondant a Glaze
or Butter cream.
Apply piping gel to the back
of the wafer paper.
Apply to cookie or cake.
I have just put a dot of
icing, or gel on the corners before,
Smooth gently.
Beautiful!

My Favorite Cookie Recipe:
(MY MOM'S)
This is a Almond Sugar Cookie.
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Butter
2 teaspoons Almond Extract
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
4 Cups Flour.
Mix everything but flour well.
Add flour.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours,
Then Roll and Cut into Shapes.
Or Roll into Balls and press flat.
Bake at 400 for 7-10 minutes until starting to brown....
NOT browned!
You can glaze these with:
1 C Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
3 teaspoons water.
Food Coloring if desired.
Add more Powdered Sugar
for thicker consistency if needed.
