Baked Ziti/Olive Garden Recipe Salad

SHORT PASTAS Any would work for the recipe!

Baked Ziti or Rigatoni.
You can use either pasta,
or probably even spaghetti,
angel hair etc!

You can just add these ingredients together adding
equal spaghetti sauce/water.  Not cooking the pasta.

Or boil the pasta 1st. leaving the pasta a little
undercooked then add all ingredients together
and bake.
If you are adding the water and NON cooked pasta,
Bake for 1 1/2 hr on 350.
If you are boiling the pasta 1st
(which is how I like to do it)
Just bake until hot, about 30 min. on 350.

Baked Ziti:

2 Cups uncooked pasta....Boil until ALMOST done.
1 can or jar Spaghetti Sauce of your choice...
(I buy the hunts cans when they are on sale
for 10 for $10.)
2 Cups Mozzarella (grated)

You could also add browned hamb/sausage etc.

Mix and Cover
Bake until hot.
I then uncover and add a
little cheese and parsley on top
return to oven for a few minutes
to melt cheese.

Olive Garden Salad Dressing

1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1/3 C. White Vinegar
1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Corn Syrup
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Romano Cheese
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt – or one clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
sugar (optional)

This was a little to vinegary for me.
I cut the vinegar in half and added
1/2 cup ready made ranch dressing.

SALAD:
Romain Lettace
I also added Butter lettuce
Grape Tomatoes
Red Onion Sliced
Black Olives
Peppercorns
Croutons
Graded Romano Cheese
Mushrooms
Whatever else you like in your salad!

The Garlic Bread is
Mama Bella's in the Frozen section.
