These cupcakes were fun to make.
I used the nut cups for wrappers, Which I had not tried before.
That was good, because I wanted to tie ribbon around them.
I could not get the ribbon to stay on the regular cupcake wrappers, they are too slanted.
So the nut cups worked well!
I purchased the topper, bottles and binky's at Wal-mart.
Vanilla with Vanilla Meringe Buttercream.
