CONGRATULATIONS TO RYAN AND JAIMIE!

WHAT A FUN PARTAAAA! MY FRIEND TARA KNOWS HOW TO HAVE FUN!

THIS WAS RYAN (TARAS SONS) PRE WEDDING ACTIVITY.

IT WAS REALLY A GOOD TIME HAD FOR ALL!!!

LEFT TO RIGHT:FRESH CHERRY CHOCOLATE, FRESH STRAWBERRY, FRESH KEY LIME, FRESH CARROT WITH WALNUTS, MOCHA, PEANUT AND HONEY, AND PINA COLADA.

FRESH CARROT CAKE WITH WALNUTS, CREAM CHEESE FROSTING TOPPED WITH A WALNUT.

MOCHA CAKE WITH MOCHA FROSTING, TOPPED WITH A CHOCOLATE COVERED COFFEE BEAN.

FRESH CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE FROSTED WITH CHERRY LIQUOR INFUSED WHIPPED CREAM. TOPPED WITH BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS AND A CHERRY.

DO YOU LIKE PINA COLADA CAKE FROSTED WITH RUM INFUSED CREAM CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE FROSTING, TOPPED WITH TOASTED COCONUT.

FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE FROSTED WITH FRESH STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING, TOPPED WITH A STRAWBERRY.

PEANUT AND HONEY CAKE WITH HONEY INFUSED CREAM CHEESE FROSTING, TOPPED WITH SALTED PEANUTS.

FRESH KEY LIME CAKE FROSTED WITH A TART FRESH LIME INFUSED CREAM CHEESE FROSTING, TOPPED WITH LIME ZEST.

I CUP STRIPS OF FABRIC OF DIFFERENT COLORS AND TIED THEM AROUND THE CUPS.

THIS DOES NOT WORK VERY WELL ON STANDARD CUPCAKE WRAPPERS, TOO SLANTED.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT...

Trophy Cupcakes: Chocolate Graham Cracker Cupcakes

Finished Product! I ordered these nifty containers on-line. They make delivering to friends and neighbors more efficient!

I do not have a blow torch, which was used on the Martha Stewart Show, so I broiled the marshmallow until golden. This worked better on the tops I made more low profile! The high ones burned a little on the tips.

The Marshmallow cream you make on your stove-top. I have made it for a few different toppings. It is really good and really easy!

After baking the crusts, you add the batter, more chocolate shavings and top with graham cracker mixture.

This is the first layer...graham cracker, sugar and butter crust layered with bittersweet chocolate shavings(I used my food processor). Bake 5 minutes.

Can we say "LABOR INTENSIVE" Maybe it's because I had Tae and Gab helping me.

Belle and Belle or Beast and Beast

Tae and Gab had a fun day today! They played dress-up and we made cupcakes!

They love to lay on Grandma's Bed and watch TV. Since I finally got a DVR they can watch what they want 24-7. It's great!

Its all about Mermaids to Gab. She cries if you try to dress her in anything but Mermaid attire.

These pics are so typical of her! Her outfit, Fingernail polish in one hand! She is such a girl!

BABY SHOWER CUPCAKES

These cupcakes were fun to make.

I used the nut cups for wrappers, Which I had not tried before.

That was good, because I wanted to tie ribbon around them.

I could not get the ribbon to stay on the regular cupcake wrappers, they are too slanted.

So the nut cups worked well!

I purchased the topper, bottles and binky's at Wal-mart.
