Artichoke Dip! HOLD THE FAT! NOT!

1 Can Artichokes
1 Sm Can Jalapenos
2 Sm Can Green Chilies
1 Bag Shredded Parmesan
1 Bag Shredded Mozzarella
1 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayo
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Mix all together and spread
into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with a little
of the cheese and
bake till bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips,
crackers or artisan bread.
