CUPCAKES, CUPCAKES, CUPCAKES!

Well... I have now baked:Lemon w/lemon cream cheese frosting, Key lime with margarita cream cheese frosting, 3 different recipes of Fresh strawberry with fresh strawberry frosting, Rich Chocolate with homemade marshmallow topping and drizzled chocolate frosting, Ambrosia with homemade marshmallow frosting and coconut topping, Honey and peanut cupcakes with honey cream cheese frosting. Oh did I mention within the past 8 days? Did someone say OCD??? It is so fun! Creative juices are flowing! I ordered some fun baking supplies. So I am not planning on stopping anytime soon! My grandkids are loving it!
